All orders are final. Once your order is approved by you, we will print if order is being printed by us. All graphic design are allowed up to 2 changes. Additional changes are $10.00.

STANDARD TURNAROUND TIMES:

All orders on this website are automatically charged ground shipping, if you need it sooner Contact Us for Shipping options!

Orders Approved and Payment Processed By 11AM PST: Turnaround time begins that day.

Orders Approved and Payment Processed After 11AM PST: Turnaround time begins the next business day.

For example, if an order is approved by 11AM PST on Tuesday, and the Turnaround Time for the product is three days, printing will be completed on Thursday. If the order is approved AFTER 11AM PST on Tuesday, printing will be completed on Friday. **Shipping time not included.

RUSH TURNAROUND TIME:

Please note that not all products and sizes have Rush printing available.
Orders will print in (2) two business days after approval and processed payment. They will ship on the (3rd) third day.

ROUND CORNERS: Add (1) one additional business day to turnaround time.

ORDERS PLACED BY 8AM PST, AND APPROVED BY 11AM PST, WILL PRINT IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS AND SHIP ON THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY.

Rush Turnaround Example:

Please allow one day for receipt of labeling and billing information before counting turnaround time for shipping from UPS. For example, if you are quoted a shipping time of 3 business days from February 3rd, please allow the first day for Cliche Brands to relay your information and for UPS to pick up, and the following 3 business days/non-holidays for your shipment to arrive.

Additional Holiday Turnaround:
Please be advised that during the holiday season, our rush printing turnaround time will be extended by an additional (2) two business days due to an increase in volume. Thank you for your cooperation.
